I am 18 years old, do no drugs, drink every once in a while. A night in january my friends were smoking and i did a little bit and my heart started pounding and i was really afraid. A woke up fine. a month later on easter i was just sitting on a chair and if felt as if my heart skipped a beat. i went to the hospital got an x ray ekg everything. my docotr gave me a heart monitor and i echocardiogram, bboth which came back fine. since the day on easter i have pain alomost everyday. im constantly worried about it. the pain is all around my chest, sharp and dull. my chest also feels as if its trembling or shaking. its been 5 months now and i still have this problem...my doctor thinks its anxiety and gave me a light medicine called lexapro....i have no other diagnoses please helpReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
