Hi, I've been having this problem now for weeks and normally symptoms become the worse when I lay down to go to sleep. I have heart palpitations that feel like my heart is pounding extremely heart, along with an uneasiness in my chest and abdomen area which tends to drive me nuts and prevent me from doing much of anything. While this is happening, while laying down I began to experience extreme dizziness that comes and goes, along with numbness in my hands. (Like they are losing blood) Sometimes I begin to burn up and sweat laying in bed when its cool in my room. Can someone explain to me what this is.. and if its serious. I don't have much money so i need to know if I have to get medical attention and what it could possibly be.
