  • Ask a cardiologist for an event recorder and an EP study to check for reentry supraventricular tachycardia. My sister had the SAME exact sympotoms and they told her it was stress. All of her tests came back normal and she wouldn't accept an anxiety diagnosis so she pushed her dr. They were able to replicate her issue in a controlled medical environment and found the issue!Mention this to a cardiologist and not an regular internal medicine drgood luck!!

Went to my local ER time and time again for almost 3 years, never given anything test wise but a lame ekg and was told either I was haveing a stress or anxiety attack, given a weak dose of atavan, pat on the head and a smerk and sent on my way with a bill. Turned out after I found the right doc that I had heart disease. Beware friends an neighbors, espicially the gals, if you know your right, keep on till you get the truth. BTW, never did pay them ER bills.
