I hope someone here can give me some advise. I am a physically fit individual, I run 4-5 miles 5-6 days a week, lift weights 2 X per week. There are times recently that I start to feel what I am thinking is my heart beating in the middle of my chest in a fast manner. There are also times that I can hear my heartbeat when I bend over. These do not happen everyday. When it does happen I think I get a bit anxious over it and cause it to be worse-but not sure. Another bit of info is I have had high blood pressure (heridatary) and am not on any meds right now due to my exercising. Could this be realted to high blood pressure? I would appreciate any help.
