Heart Pain

So, right off the bat, I am almost 20 years old, female, normal, healthy weight, and do not smoke.

Recently, I have been experiencing what feels like "heart pain". I have just started a new exercise program which has made the heart pains worse and more frequent.

Still, I feel the pain now every so often when I breathe in, even when I am in a relaxed state. So, I am just curious of the reasoning for this. Am I just out of shape? I also tried to ride a bike recently and at 5'5", 120 lbs, and a bmi of about 19%, I become incredibly fatigued and short of breath. I also have a slightly high pulse ranging from 90-100 or so per minute at a resting rate.

Any answers are appreciated, thanks.
