So I have no idea whether this might be a panic attack or something funky going on in my heart...
Today, I noticed that all throughout the morning, my heart beat was more rapid than usual and after taking a major test, I felt completely exhausted and worn out than usual. Like, I felt like I was close to having a heart attack and my hands and fingers were pretty shaky. I thought my breathing seemed a bit ragged also. Later, I noticed there were prominent red and white spots all over the back of my hands but they went away after a few minutes after I had seen them. However, my hands were really cold by the end of the day, despite being inside.
You know that feeling you get when you step off a roller coaster? That shaking and tiring feeling in your body? I felt like that, too.
My dad said that his family had a history of rapid heart beats (they also have high blood pressure, btw) and mentioned that my grandfather occasionally also had the red and white spots on the hands.
I'm sixteen years old, there's a lot of pressure on me, I don't smoke nor do I drink any caffeine.
