I've had these cramps for two years but they've only gotten worse in the last 2 weeks. Not sure of the causes. My blood pressure, heart,sugar/cholesterol levels are all normal. I've been taking potassium and eating bananas, and just recently increased my intake of magnesim (Monomagnesium Malate). I do have poor blood circulation in my feet, which are always cold (also my hands). These cramps are excruciatingly painful, which last up to 15 minutes, even with incessant massaging.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
