i'm 19 years old , male
the story begins one year ago
i was woken up by tachycardia and strong beaten heart
i was admitted to the ER , and treated with beta blocker
ECG was normal
after that , i observed distention of my rt jagular vein sometimes
ultrasound echo cardiogram was normal .. EF was 69% , SV was 106 ml
height : 185 cm , weight : 93 kg
signs of trace of mitral and tricuspid regurgitation .(normal)
actually i don't suffer from any physical problems or signs of hypoxia or cardiac insufficiency during severe exercise
what worries me a lot is the distention of my jagular vein ( not related to fatigue or stress )
sometimes , i feel my heart beats with normal heart rate
my ABP varies from 135~150 \ 85~90 mmHg .. i'm hypertensive anyway
Hb 16,6 g\dl , PCV 49%
2 months ago , i donated blood and i didn't suffer from any complications
i don't know what should i do .. doctors doesn't seem to be worried about it ..
any advices ? thanks :)
