Cold hand

Often, my right hand becomes cold whilst my left is warm. Recently, the coldness has become extreme to the point where it feels like it's being held under cold water.

I've tried rubbing them together, sitting on it (just makes my butt cold), sticking it in front of a heater, nothing works.

It goes away on its own after a while, but it's still annoying and uncomfortable. What's up with it?

  • I would like the answer to this too. I forgot to add this to my post about anxiety, but I seem to have this problem too when trying to fall asleep I'll oftne try to use my body to keep it warm. Though it seems to alternate as to which hand.
