Chest pains.

For the past year or so, I've been expieriencing chest pains on the left side. Every few days I would have sharp pains lasting atleast five minutes - sometimes longer, then they would suddenly stop on their own.
Sometimes I feel like I'm going to black-out at any second because of how severe the pains could get.
Plus when I'm experiencing it, I could also feel a small surge of pain going down my left arm.

Help? Thanks.
