For the last 2 months i've been having chest pain that ranges from mild to severe. Its usually on my left side but it has also been on the right side/sternum too. Along with the chest pain I have really bad fatigue. I used to be active, now walking up stairs and standing up for long periods of time make me feel faint. The chest pain is worse when I lie down. I get a low grade (99-100) fever two to three times a day.
My dr. has run nearly every kind of test. All my EKGs were normal. All my chest X-rays were normal. I had a chest CT Scan yesterday and that was normal too. My dr ruled out costochondritis, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, pluerisy, and nearly every kind of lung and muscle disease. Over the last couple of days I have also had a stabbing pain on my left side, near the bottom of my ribcage. I have an appointment with a cardiologist as well as a bone specialist.....
Has anyone had symptoms like these? Could it still be my heart even though my EKGs were normal?
