chest pain but doc found no abnormal heart sounds. can it still be serious?

For the past week, i have been suffering from shortness of breath, chest pains that feel like someone is sitting on my chest, and a burning sensation in the centre of my chest. I had a 24hr ECG three days ago and am awaiting results. I went to see my doc today, as i am becoming increasingly short of breath, pain is constant, i have palpitations, can't sleep lying down as it feels as if my chest is being crushed, have pain in the centre of my back, that radiates outwards, and occassionally neck/jaw pain. i felt that the duty doc dismissed my symptoms and told me i had to wait for my apt with my consultant, but I am worried, as i have deteriorated over the past week. the littlest thing ensures that i am exhausted, even sitting up in bed.. i am a 26yr old female, was healthy until i had these symptoms, and am not anaemic. I have also noticed over the past week that my hands, feet and the end of my nose are ice cold
