Hello,

Does anyone have an idea of common causes of chest pain? Every so often, (seems to be more frequent as of late), out of nowhere it will feel like someone is standing on my chest. It will last anywhere from 10-30 minutes, and might go away for awhile and return and other times will not come back at all.

Thank you

  • What's the location? Is it tightness? Could be bronchial. Have you seen your doc?

It is just a strong dulling pain that comes out of nowhere, I did notice that when I try to take deep breaths the pain increases. It is weird though, it can happen a couple of times a week or not at all for a couple of months.

I have had breathing problems before, it feels like a tight pain, specially when breathing....I've had bronchitis, pnemonia, and asthma problems before, not all at the same time but none the less :P. No cold or caugh? Sputum? But maybe call pharmasist about taking a small dose of asprin just in case it's vascular. I'd go see the doc right away. How long has it lasted? On and off.Check out...http://www.wrongdiagnosis.com/sym/chest_pain.htmHope you feel better.
