age: 20
non smoker
average body type
I try to eat healthy.
no previous heart problems. no family history.

Last saturday, I felt an awkward discomfort in my upper chest. I was dancing so I stopped and took a rest. After a while, it went away.

Monday, I started to feel the same sensation again. slight chest discomfort and a lightheaded feeling. even if I am laying down. coughing seems to make it a little worse. breathing faster gives me more lightheaded feeling. I have regular heart beat rate of around 90. my limbs feel heavy but no discomfort or pain other than my upper chest.

for your information, I think I have some kind of a respiratory infection, as I have mucus, and I ocasionally cough. nothing serious because no fever, no nausea.

I am concerned but I one block away from a hospital. if anything, I will call emergency or walk over there to the ER. but I am concerned. lightheadedness was never there. ive never encountered anything like this before.
