Chest and back pains

Hi, for the last 2-3 weeks I've been having chest and back pains/aches.

It's mostly the left side of my chest that has the pains but also sometimes it's on my right side too. I've noticed that when I have felt it on the right side, it's been mostly when moving my arm back and to the side in certain directions.

On my back it's near the bottom of my right side that the pain is. The back pains feel more like what I imagine a muscle being twisted would feel like or something.

It's not a constant thing, it's been most days that I've felt it throughout the day, but there has been a couple of days where I haven't really felt anything.

Also, a couple of days after it started, when I ate some pasta I had some aching right between the center of my ribs when I breathed in. This only lasted a few minutes, and went away when I breathed very slowly. That hasn't happened again at all so I don't know if it's related.

Also, this all started suddenly one day, it wasn't a gradual thing.

It's a bit worrying :(

Anyone got any ideas what it could be? Thanks :)
