Can someone read this ecg for me????????

She is a 55 year old East Indian female.
She worked night shift for 10 years from the age of 27-37 and has retired since then.

c/o heart pains (costochondritis??) since age 43 (She went to many physicians for the same but was told that it was nothing.) It was burning in nature and usually occurred while trying to fall asleep. It would bring her to tears as she would worry it was her heart.

c/o palpitations ten days ago for 3 days
She did note having more cups of tea than usual and additional coke on the first day. (Normally she has 1 max 2 mugs of black tea daily.) Also she did have some state having to rush to get to a meeting on time.

no c/o syncope, dizziness, nausea , vomiting, SOB, excessive sweating.

Past medical history:
LSCS age 30, 32 because of cpd. No complications.
Hysterectomy at the age of 33. ( She stated that her ovaries were left in place.)
Bilateral osteoarthritis of both knees since age 45.
She has had muscle spasms causing inversion and forefoot adduction of her right foot on occasion. ( Due to osteoarthritis???)

Family history:
Mother: Hypertension, stroke
Father: Sudden death (was after a plane flight therefore don't know if it was stress cardiovascular or pulmonary emboli)
Brother1: health condition unknown, living age 70
Brother2: Ischemic Heart Disease, Hypertension , living age 65
Brother3: PCI or bypass was done, living age 62

Drug history:
Atenolol 50 mg OD 1-0-0
Lisinopril 10mg OD 0-1-0
HCTZ 12.5mg OD 0-1-0
Aspirin 81mg OD 0-1-0
Statin 10 mg OD 0-0-1

Drug allergies: Penicillin

Vitals: 114/76; 62/min; rr 20/min, temp 98
Ht: 4'12" Wt: 163 lbs

Electrolytes done a month before the c/o were normal
HDL > 70
Cholesterol: was higher ( After which a statin was prescribed.)
Last chest xray 2004: normal
Last ECHO 2006: diastolic failure.
