Can heart problems cause this....

-Numbness/tingling in left leg (knee down), left elbow down, lower back (tail bone area), buttocks, right shoulder blade.

-Lightheaded & a sense of heaviness. It at times feel like I am supporting more than my normal weight on my legs (if that makes sense).

-Tension in my neck and left shoulder muscle.

-Increaded vision floaters (mine appear to be strings and sometimes tiny black spheres.

-Restless sleeping (could be from all the anxiety I'm putting myself through)

-Joint pain in my knees, calf muscles ache and the heels of my feet are also causing me some mild pain (or achiness).

Testing I've had done:

-Head MRI with and without contrast- normal
-Cervical spine with and without contrast - normal
-CBC - Normal
-Thyroid - Normal
-Calcium - Normal
-Lyme Titer - Negative
-The neuro pulled labs to check for any inflamation in my blood that causes fibromyagia, arthritis and those came back all normal.
-Diabetes - Normal

All my labs are coming back normal. Could the problems I'm experiencing be due to my heart? I have some dental work that I've been putting off for oh' just about 15 years but will be taken care of in the the next couple weeks and I find out on Wed what exactly needs to be done but my gums bleed at every brushing session and I believe I may have a degree of periodontal disease (again, will find out Wed).

Can you offer any insight?
