Bicycle hit by a car

A middle aged man riding on a bicycle was hit by a car. He got multiple injuries and fell on the ground. When taken to the emergency dept. he was bleeding profusely from the wound.He was drowsy, on examination his pulse was rapid and thready,skin was pale cold and clammy. Arterial pressure was 70/50mmHg

a) what condition is the man suffering from?
b) why was his skin pale cold and clammy?
c) give mechanisms which could rise his blood pressure?

  • The amount of blood lost is the main factor of why he was drowsy, most likely. His pulse was rapid due to what happened and his age. I don't really know much more to use to answer, sorry.
