This happens to me occasionally, but seems to be happening more. I hear a crunching sound that comes either from my chest or throat. It is synchronized with my heartbeat. I have no pain. Have had a stress test and echo of my heart three months ago. Also, immediately following those tests had a pacemaker implanted' then a chext xray. I have good blood pressure (116/70) and feel good otherwise. However, the sound when it occurs is very disconcerting---It only happens for 2 or 3 heartbeats, but I'm concerned it could be serous. I have an appointment with my primary care physician in two weeks.

Has anyone else experienced this symptom?
