I was wondering if anyone knew if some of these symptoms were associated with POTS...

-Fainting WITH associated amnesia (when I faint I can't remember what happened in the past 45 minutes or so).

-Partial Paralysis

-Vision Problems (I sometimes get a milky white hue in my vision, sometimes go black altogether for several minutes)

-Dizziness

-A feeling of being "over stimulated"

Thank you all so much for your help....

I've recently had many symptoms and no diagnosis, but recently went to a tilt-table test and passed out while at 60degrees tilt, so I'm wondering if what's been wrong with me is cardiac-related.

Thanks!!!

  • so the cardiologist says I got a positive tilt table test which indicated Neurally Mediated Syncope...Does anyone think that this kind of syncope can be associated with my other symptoms? Anyone out there with NMS can relate to these symptoms?

  • ...anyone...I have POTS and the only symptom I have out of your list is the dizziness. I have had this problem for 6 years now n it is under control. The symptoms you are describing sound like a circulation problem but I'm pretty positive it is not POTS. Hope you get an answer.

  • My daughter has POTS and the only thing I see that is familuar is the dizziness. She also had the tilt table and passed out. Her symptoms are feeling of dizziness upon getting up from a sitting or lying down position. She often has tunnel vision, extreme fatigue, constant headaches. Sounds like something is going on but it doesn't sound like POTS to me.I was wondering if anyone knew if some of these symptoms were associated with POTS... -Fainting WITH associated amnesia (when I faint I can't remember what happened in the past 45 minutes or so). -Partial Paralysis -Vision Problems (I sometimes get a milky white hue in my vision, sometimes go black altogether for several minutes) -Dizziness -A feeling of being "over stimulated" Thank you all so much for your help....
