  • You can go to a local pharmacy and there are supplements to improve your circulation, there are Cardio Support supplements and others. B vitamins,Ginkgo biloba, and Horse Chestnut seed, I'm not exactly sure how these supplements work. Message, some exercise can, acupuncture and acupressure can help.
