I've had both a regular abdominal x-ray and an abdominal CT scan, both of which were normal. My question is, will these test pick up an aneurysm or embolism? Is it possible these tests could have missed an aneurysm?

  • Was your CT with or without contrast? Request and MRI if you feel it necessary. What are your symptoms?Kristy
