hi and thanks for trying to help

basically im 25 male ive had acid reflux issues for probably 10 years. i was diagnosed with gerd in the navy and i try to take my medicine but i stopped because i started having these chest pains the last few months.

its never to horrible but its painful at first it was in the center of my chest and would scread out and my right nipple would throb with pain, now its now of a constant sharp pain in the middle of my chest it goes away sometimes but its there atleast half the day and seems to be worse when i eat.

i have no idea what it is, also the only other thing i have is i believe i have irritable bowel syndrome (after eating certain foods i have violent painful bowel movements) idk if that has anything to do with this but figured id include it.

p.s. i smoke 6 cigarettes a day and im not as active as i should be. but ive never had this issue before
