I am 16 years old, 6 foot 2 inches, 155 lb. A month ago I have been getting small pains in my left chest area and they usually came around 2 or 3 times a week(nothing too severe) Those pains have continued until now and since this weekend I have been getting the pain constantly on and off throughout the night and usually in the morning. The pain also continues at times throughout the day.

The type of pain I am getting is usually a dull pinching feeling but at times it feels very sharp for half a second and then it goes away. The dull pain usually occurs above my nipple and close to the armpit. This dull pain sometimes moves down to the elbow as well. At night I get more severe pains and those occur above the nipple.
At times(rarely) the pain can move into my back aligned with the pain in my chest.

If anyone knows what this may be please respond. Could this be a heart condition or is it not something to worry about?

As for family history, I am pretty sure that no past relatives or current family members have had heart attacks before the ages of 50 or 60 so I am pretty sure that this is not a coronary heart disease issue.
