My mother was recently diagnosed with Vulvar Cancer as a result of lichen sclerosis. She is 82 years old and we are trying to determine what the best treatment. It has been recommended that she have surgery but she has not received her full biopsy results and so we do not know what stage of cancer and the total involvement. She also had diabetes and some history of congestive heart disease.

We are looking for advice to help her decide.
