dear colleagues :I have an operated pt. of oligodendrogliom 8mnths ago ,he did well post op. for 3 month then there was an element of recurrency according to MRI .pt. now is bedriddenfor 2 month but recent spiral CT Scan showed that the tumour is static (the same size post op.)but there is massive cerebral odema that caused mild brain herniation without any symptoms of increased intracranial pressure,please inform me as soon as possible what further management can be done for this pt.? yours,amaniReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
