IS THERE A LINK BETWEEN DEVELOPING HYPOTHYROIDISM AND THYROID CANCER? WHAT IS TIME FRAME? Has anyone tried over the counter ''med'' to help increase thyroid hormones? If a thyroid test should show numbers of one or 2 to be considered normal thyroid function, what is the meaning of 106??THANKS

  • I don't think so. I had thyroid cancer, and my thyroid was always normal. Hypo means you need more thyroid hormone to supplement. It has been known to affect fertility. No growths, no cancer.
