i continue to read the boards about lymph nodes swelling but i am hearing more about lymph nodes swelling in the throat and some in the armpiit. But my lymphnodes are in my groin. I am 18 and i recently had hip surgery about 5 months ago. Right after the surgery i noticed a lymphnode swollen on the side of my groin where i had surgery. My doctor said it could just be your hip draining and if it is not gone in a month come back. Needless to say its been 5 months now the lymph node has enlarged and one on my right is becoming much larger and it feels like another on my left is swelling. I had a check up with my gyno and she said they need to get checked out and sent me for a sonogram to rule out any lady problems. Everything looked good. The lymph nodes are hard painless but not fixed. About a year ago I had mono and I was recently retested for it but that too came up negative. I have been on antibiotics twice since i discovered these lymph nodes and nothing has changed. I have no symptoms other than being much more tired latly. I just want to know whats going on!! anyone with anything similar?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
