 Hello. I am a 22 year old female who has been experiencing on and off swollen and painful left breast. (It has no pattern due to pms as far as I can tell.) It's been like this for almost a year. I went to the doctor last summer to get it checked. She said that it's normal for one breast to be bigger then the other and said it could be related to hormones. She then reccomended tha I take primrose oil pills and vitimin e to help with it. I only take the vitamins when it starts to hurt. The pain is like a dull ache. I have no redness, itchy sensations, or lumps on either breast. However, my left breast always seems way bigger then the other. It feels almost as though like everything inside the left breast is swollen compared to the right. I do have inverted nipples, but I've always had them since I was small. Can someone help me? Any way I can make my swelling and pain go away?
Thanks is advance.
