I am 46, I had my 3rd and last child 7 years ago. For about a year I have had a light discharge from my right breast. It is yellowish in colour and somtimes has blood with it. On three occasions the lower right part of the breast has become very tender and feels a bit like a blocked duct did while breast feeding. I have had a mammogram which was clear. A swab of the discharge which found no malignant cells and an MRI scan which only found a tiny cyst on the upper part of the breast. Should I be content that a tiny cyst has caused these symtoms? Are there any other tests that could be done?

  • You need to have a brain scan done on the pituiatary. Should run a prolactin level.
