Hi-- this is my first time here so I don’t now how this works- but I will explain my concern. I have noticed the lat several weeks that my left nipple seems to be fully detached from my breast- I can pull the nipple fully away from my breast and feel nothing attached to it. I am very concerned if this is normal. I cannot remember or not if this is different or if I just noticed this recently. Can this happen where the milk duct or breast tissue can detach from the nipple. I want to know should I do not feel some attachment to my breast tissue. The right nipple I do feel some attachment. I feel no pain but i am concern that I want to breastfeed when I have a child if this means that my nipple is not attached to the milk ducts? If this milk ducts are detached can this be fixed? Thanks any comments would be helpful.
