I am a 28 year old female. For a little over 2 years now I have had daily bilateral breast pain, swelling, and nipple discharge. I also wake up daily with nausea and vomiting. I have been using scopolamine patches for about a month now and they help alot with the nausea and vomiting. I had gone through every nausea med available and they only work for a while until they no longer help at all. I have not nursed in 5 years and am NOT pregnant. It is NOT my pituitary gland, and prolactin levels have always been normal. I had a picc line for 3 months when this first started 2 years ago because the cultures of my nipple discharge were positive for staph epi and then for MRSA. The MRSA is gone but the discharge has never changed. Please help if anyone has any idea what this might be. I have seen tons of doctors and had tons of tests run with every doctor shipping me off to the next because they have no idea whats is wrong or how to help me. I have recently been starting to experience some weird vision changes. Im not sure what to make of it yet.
