Breast infection not breast feeding

I have a continuous brest infection since 2006 shortly after a pacemaker was implanted,it did not give me alot of problems until this last feb 2009 since then i have had 5 surgeries taken antibiotics for 8 months last surgey dr removed about 1/4 of my breast tissue i have had it left open to heal from the inside out and also closed i have had a wound vac and it is still infected dr has no clue why it keeps comming back my last surgery has not healed yet and now there is a bew lump possibly a abcces i am so tired of all this ,i want a mastectomy and dr says that is a last resort what does he call 5 surgeries and treatments for 9 months with no improvement.:mad:
