Within the last year I have suffered two bad car accidents. After both I suffered from concussion symptoms, the second being worse then the first. My doctor told me to avoid physical training and stressful situations for at least six months. As the six months went on I slowly was becoming more and more depressed. This lasted until about two weeks ago when I begin physically training again. I find remembering is again becoming easier as well as multitasking which I both found difficult with shortly after the accident.
My problem is, while working out now & lifting any weights, I get a distinct pain in my head, I would describe as between behind my left eye and the top of the left ear. I also developed an under eye twitch.
At the moment I am away from any major medical facility and will be unable to reach such for about three weeks in time. My question is simply should I continue my normal conditioning? Is there any danger in not worrying about it?
