I was hit by someone running a red light at about 65mph and hit me dead center of my body the door was crushing my hips. I was knocked out for over 1 minute or more I was hit so hard that my head never hit anything it was shook so violently that it knocked me unconcouis. I don't remember nothing but yet I was never taken to emergency room because on report it said I refused? I really don't remember but its definite that I was knocked out. Is there any kind of system out there that would make a police officer or the Paramedics to make someone go to hospital because of a severe head trauma like mine when I was knocked out and must have been completely out of my mine. My car was totalled. She was going so fast that when she hit me dead center of driver door it spun me around for her to continue on for about 300 or more feet without touching my car again still going in a straight line. This was last Thursday and the list of sysmptoms are too long so I will start from today 10 days later. First If I go to sleep I don't seem to have the mechanism that wakes you up in the morning, then I can't get out of bed because of diziness, pain in pelvic, back, right shoulder, neck pain is the worst it never goes away and I also can barely move my head up or down, side to side. If I don't have anything to do or say my brain stays like in neutral but if there's any thought that's negative or the least bit stressful I can't move my brain shuts down. I am no longer able to speak or move until around 5 minutes. Its only getting worse. I went to one hospital the next day and the nurse and I quote did your airbag deploy and I struggled to explain again I was hit from the side I donot have side airbags. again quote if your air bags did not deploy your not hurt was wheeled out and after 1 and a half hours I told my wife I got to get out of here. My wife said were leaving and they still ignored us. A couple of days ago told my wife take me to the hospital and blacked out with blinding neck pain. She called 911 again after my wife explained about accident, knocked out etc. they wheeled me in a corner but this time I was too out of it to leave. But I only had to wait a little over an hour. After 5 and a half hours and never seeing a M.D. I was released with a neck strain and told to go home. I don't know what to do I am not even sure who I am anymore. Also is this standard treatment for people to be not treated because I am from Florida not Georgia where I am now and never been in a car accident?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
