I am a reasonably healthy 19 year old girl but yesterday I had a "seizure". It was the first time anything like that's happened to me and I was staying at my boyfriends. He said I started breathing really heavily and shaking and he couldn't wake me up. Then I started screaming and then woke up and I had pins and needles all over my body and couldn't move. My hands and feet turned into claws and it took about fifteen minutes until I was able to walk.

I went to hospital but they said I was ok - but I can't help worrying! Any similar stories or ideas?
