Researching info on my MRI & CT scan

Hi, I am trying to get some information on things I have read on my MRI and CT scan reports. My doctor has sort of fluffed it off as nothing to be concerned about but I need to know what I can expect with these problems.

MRI - "prominence of the sulci and the ventricular system consistent with moderate atrophy for a 55 year old (female). Minimal periventricular white matter changes in the frontal horns probably due to some microangiopathic changes. No lacunar changers are seen. No mass, edema or hemorrhage is identified.

CT Scan - "a few small subcortical and periventricular white matter foci are noted consistent with very early micrangiopathic disease. No acute abnormalities. No mass lesions.

I have excellent blood pressure, cholesterol levels and my health issues are: fibromyalgia, sleep disorder, panic/anxiety and a hand tremor I have had as far back as I can remember. I also have some days that I lose my train of thought. I am a 55 year old woman, active, 115 lbs, 5'2"

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
