My mother, who is always been healthy, has been laying in bed for the past three hour (since she woke up). She said that as soon as she starts to lift her head, she is dizzy. She cannot even lift her head to drink some water. She also says that when she tries, she feels sick to her stomach. I am looking online and vertigo is the only think that makes since. Only other thing I can think to do is call an ambulance??

  • Please call an ambulance. Does your mother have any vision problems? Can she lift her arms? She could be having a stroke, or maybe just an inner ear problem. Don't wait, call an ambulance and have a qualified Doctor evaluate her.
