Hey all... I'm wondering if this is something serious:
I've been having what seemed like a bout of food poisoning over the past four days, with a fever reaching 39 celcius, serious diarrhea, and sometimes a sensation of being on the verge of vomiting.
Two nights ago while driving to a friend's place (that was the night with the 39 degrees fever) I was feeling some degree of anxiety about my high fever, and I suddenly felt something like a "pop" in my head. It was like a brief moment of high pressure in a small area of the middle of the right hemisphere of my brain. Also like a jolt or a click. There were no accompanying effects: no headache, numbness, memory loss, etc, and I was able to carry on driving per normal.
I'm wondering if it's something serious, and whether I should try to get some brain scan done, or whether I should simply wait and see if anything else happens...?
