I haven't been diagnosed yet, but Dr's. feel I might have this. It started with a tightness in my jaw area on both sides. I saw many Dr's. and they felt I had TMJ. After many dollars and seeing many Dr's., I still don't have a diagnosis as it is hard to diagnose Dystonia conditions. Now I have lost the ability to speak clearly and can't chew very well. It is very frustrating and upsetting. The neurologist I am seeing now put me on Levodopa and have been trying it for 4 wks. now but nothing has happened yet. The Dr. says it takes time to work.
Is there anyone out there that has this condition or something similar? I feel so alone with this.
