How awkward is this. . .

Well, to begin.

I feel nibbling in my abdomen. Sometimes I hear "crunching" or "gnawing" if it's quiet at night. I won't even begin to describe my stool.

I am afraid to go to the doctor because if I have a tapeworm I won't be able to handle it. But not knowing is driving me nuts, too. I can't even eat without imagining that 30-foot wiggler getting all the good stuff.

What is treatment like? Could it be I have something else?
