I had a Brain MRI due to left side body going numb & tingly & with pain in left eye & in left side of neck, and weakness, tremors,my MRI came back with early angiopathy disease, an early demylenating disorder, and bilateral ethmoid sinus disease,I have had no follow up with neurologist, what would be the most likely diagnosis of my symptoms, I have had problems for awhile.
