My grandson was just born with this, has anyone or known anyone that thier baby with this has eye problems. He is 3 days old and has not opened his eyes. His eyes are set a little wide apart and lower on his head and his ears are small lower on his head could be from his head being larger when he was in the womb, but it proportialtely okay now.

  • I think a child with hydranencephaly can survive if the defect is not severe enough and the care is good enough. I have some patients with hydranencephaly. One of them can go to school. Others can only sit in a wheelchair.Chinese Dr Yang
