frequent headache

if a patient have frequent moderate headache almost everyday, what does it indicate? the pain only will away by taking painkiller but how long does the patient need to depend on painkiller? the pain is poorly localized, sometimes on both side of head and sometimes on one side only. patient's heart rate increase after doing exercise and sometimes experience chest pain (pressure in the left hypocondriac). any suggestion of what symptoms are these?:confused:
