My brother has a problem but the doctors can't seem to diagnose it.

His history:

at the age of 10, he suffered meningitis but recovered
at the age of 24, he was admitted to hospital after a blow to his face after a fight outside a night club
he never got a CT Scan after that
at the age of 25, he started driving and months later bumped a guy on the road, i was in the back seat and it looked like he was lost, it seems he blacked out and had no recount of bumping the guy.
A few months ago he started vomitting after every meal and lost a lot of weight.
Recently his been very forgetful and keeps talking about the days when he was in school.
I'm very worried and need help as i think if proper help is not sought we may lose my brother.

  • It sounds a lot like me. I was hit in the head a year and a half ago. Constant headaches. Confusion. I forget where I am going. I go the wrong dorection. I can't find my car without help. Memory problems. Delayed response to questions. I'm able to give full attention to anyone in conversation. My mind
drifts away.my speech is bizarre. The wrong words come out. Or i am unable to find the words. Stammering. Lowered test scores. I'm scared.
