some quick info, im 22, generally in good health and am a male.
on and off for almost a year now ive been experiencing a dazed and confused feeling of disorientation, extreme fatigue, and light headedness.
I've seen my GP several times and he's telling me its all stress/anxiety related, which may be true but idk, its starting to become worrisome. I have had several anxiety attacks? in the past few months and the intensity of fatigue and what not is higher for the next few days after that, but its really starting to interfere with my life.
the anxiety attacks? i get pretty much consist of getting really lightheaded, almost blacking out, rapid heart beat, numbness/weakness in my arms and legs. this all goes away after the "attack" except the light headedness and this surreal, dazed feeling i get. Its also amplified when I drink caffeine or any energy stuff.
Basically to make things short and sweet, could this really all be from anxiety or could there be some underlying problem (brain tumor? idk i tend to think of the worst)
Your feedback is very much appreciated.
Thank you all in advance.
(btw my doc has run several EKG's on me which do show that i tend to have a rapid heart beat. Thanks!)
