Is cnofusing fiction and reality the same as confabulation, which is false memories? Or, is there a separate part of the brain that causes that? What about the mixing of memory with the present; i.e.: Thikning one is back in the 1990s in 2009? Does the same part of the brain affect both? Just rying to get a grip on a character I'm developing, but I do know someone with Dandy-Walker who can get disoriented as to time, though they seem pretyt normal otherwise.
