Cerebral atrophy (Speech problem)

My father 96y suffered brain stroke on 17/02/2014 about 1:30 AM, CT Scan (cerebral atrophy) Sugar ECG normal. Now they are almost stable but speaking ununderstandable phrases although understand what we say in some extent.

One tablet of dispirin given him immediately after stroke.

Two injections of kamoline per day for three days after that one injection per day Clexane 40.One Dispirin tab daily. Neurobion inj through drip and some other medicines.
