Can this cause brain compression?

I was teasing my boyfriend by taking up the whole couch and he sat on my head (he weight like 130 lbs) and put more weight on it than he meant to. This was last night and last night I slept fine and woke up feeling ok.

It hurt at the time, but now it doesn't hurt when I touch it. It hurt once in a while, like a small pain that then goes away. I'm feeling pressure in my head, but that may be sinus pressure because my allergies are acting up.

So far there's been no nausea, dizziness, or anything like that.

Am I being paranoid? Could this have hurt me? What should I look out for to know if I should go to the doctor or not?

PS, I'm a health anxious person, so even though this seems silly, I can't help but worry about it.
