I had the surgery 16 months ago and my neck is still sore and when I try to run it has a very odd feeling of discomfort. I don't know if this is normal or if there is some form of physical therapy that I could be doing to help this. If there is anyone that has had the surgery and has some suggestions I would really appreciate it. Thanks
